本研究預計產出一種具有多項優點的多功能Nu/Fu-IO NC技術平台,例如: (1)可遠程調控患部微環境與低侵入性手術,結合治療與診斷 (2)高的疏水或親水性藥物載藥率 (3)多重生物功能性 (4)能精準投藥到疾病患部與低復發風險,獲得令人滿意的治療效果。期盼此Nu/Fu-IO NC具備多重與有效醫療診斷技術平台未來能解決現階段未滿足的臨床問題(子宮頸癌、子宮內膜異位症、血栓、發炎相關疾病、軟骨缺損、燒傷、骨缺損和糖尿病傷口感染)並成功地推廣至組織工程、藥物傳輸及生物醫學相關範疇並縮短基礎科研到臨床距離。
