主持人2019胼胝體切開術研究,沒有包含前連合切斷病例,理論上胼胝體合併前連合切開術對頑性癲癇控制效果更好,但是對雙側大腦功能連接的碰壞將更大。我們希望藉由研究前連合對雙側大腦連接的影響試圖找出如何篩選哪些病童需要接受更積極的胼胝體合併前連合切開術?哪些病童只需要單純的胼胝體切開術?頑性病童在接受手術前後,都必須接受完整神經心理評估,確定病童的優勢半腦,以提供醫師術前規劃與功能預後重要參考;此外,術後的成效評估則可瞭解在胼胝體切開後,病患於認知、情緒、行為功能受影響的程度,以提供患者日後回歸學校做準備,或提供醫療團隊作擬定後續治療或復健訓練計畫的參考。
