多形性神經膠質母細胞瘤(GBM)是最具侵襲性的原發腦癌。本研究致力於分析CD44/ARPC2表現量與GBM放射線抗性、細胞移動能力、癌幹細胞特性的關係,鑑別放射治療抗性GBM的影像特質,合併CD44/ARPC2組織染色狀況,利用實驗結果,建立基因資料庫合併Watson for Genomics 讓分子病理學實驗室擴充其精準腫瘤計劃,以滿足個人化癌症照顧,篩選需放射治療早期合併Anti-CD44 Therapeutic Antibody (Bivatuzumab)、Anti-ARPC2 agent (Pimozide)藥物治療,達成減少健保支出及降低社會成本,使病患及家屬能重返職場促進經濟發展。
