新藥開發是評估生技醫藥發展良窳的重點指標,這項以臨床導向之轉譯醫學研究藉由細胞到活體動物模式探討容易經皮吸收的厚朴酚衍生物2-O-甲基厚朴透過調控MKLN1-AS/YAP1抑制口腔黏膜下纖維化症進程之成果,有助於未來口腔黏膜下纖維化症治療,提供新的新穎策略應用,協助臨床醫師解決現今治療困境,將可用於發展精準醫學。
