先前研究已證明巴金森氏病人有脂質代謝失衡的問題,但這些現象的機制與巴金森氏症疾病進展的相關性仍不清楚。而先前很多研究證明FABPs主導膜脂質重塑與脂質代謝、膽汁酸代謝物與神經退化疾病及發炎路徑調控具相關性、不同飽和度脂肪酸將誘導不同代謝反應。因此本研究計畫將探討巴金森氏症脂質代謝失衡與脂肪酸結合蛋白(FABPs)相關路徑和膽汁酸的互動關係,並探討腸道菌叢失衡對膽汁酸及代謝物產生的影響以及探討飲食中攝取不同飽和度脂質飲食對巴金森氏症患者脂質代謝路徑的影響,關注於討論n-3油脂、n-6油脂及飽和脂肪酸。再利用關聯性分析以上因子間與疾病的相關性,並希望藉此結果來評估對巴金森氏病人最適當的脂質飲食。
