Description
In recent years, there is a rising trend in species of emerging abused drug. A new abused drug which never seen before can be synthesized through a simple drug synthesis steps. In this studies, we investigated relevant references such as pharmacopeia (Chinese Pharmacopeia and The United States Pharmacopeia etc.),Physicians' Desk Reference (PDR), domestic and international website and database (Merck Index and Micromedex website etc.). Our collected data to construct drug database of 14 emerging abused drugs areincluding butylone(bk-MBDB), para-Chloramphetamine(PCA), Chloromethamphetamine,Fenfluramine,Fluoroamphetamine,Fluoromethamphetamine,P-Fluorophenylpiperazine(pFPP),Mephedrone,Methylenedioxypyrovalerone (MDPV),4-Methylethcathinone (4-MEC),Methylone,4'-methyl-α-pyrrolidinopropiophenone (mPPP),Pentylone and K2. The drug database was composed by analyzing and integrating the information including name ( Chinese name, english name, common name and CAS number.), chemical properties (Appearance and character, structure formula, molecular fomula , molecular weight, melting point and figure of structure.), pharmacological properties, pharmacokinetic characteristics(Absorption, distribution, metabolism including half-life, elimination and drug interaction.),dosage properties , risk and adverse action, testing method, the control status of foreign country , the abuse status of foreign country, multiple drug abuse(Reason,drug-drug interactions, toxicity and mechanism),addition treatment. That database is could helpfully lead to design the feasible toxicity assay, analyzing indicator and treatment of emerging abused drugs. And at last ,this database enrich the domestic control drugs information that may propose practical, feasible, and substantial suggestions in the constructionmore complete medical service policy.
