癌症的早期篩檢及治療策略雖然不斷的在進步，但乳癌轉移和治療後復發問題仍無法解決。所以尋求有效的乳癌診斷或治療標的，仍具相當的重要性。本計畫將探討細胞支架蛋白Homer3在乳癌的進程和治療反應的調控機制。藉此希望能找到新的乳癌生物標的來監測疾病進展和治療，以增加乳癌病人的治療成效。
