Description
Music converted by brainwave is called "Brain Music", which can effectively improve sleep quality, increase total sleep time, and reduce nocturnal wakefulness. However, the traditional brainwave collection relies on the standard polysomnography (PSG). The restrictions of its wearing design and complicated use procedure often cause discomfort, which in turn affects the willingness to accept brainwave music in sleep improving. Thus, this program accelerates and simplifies the collection process of brainwave information by verifying a brainwave sensor suitable for sleep, uses the artificial intelligence technology to quickly perform sleep analysis and brainwave music conversion, and finally provides the user brainwave music service in the application. The specific aims of this program include (1) verifying the validity of the comfort brainwave sensor in sleep stage classification and establishing a predictive model that can automatically classify sleep stage with only part of the EEG signal; (2) integrating data collection, cloud storage, and brainwave music conversion technology into a AI brainwave music management system which can store data in the cloud and developing as a mobile application.The implementation advantages of this program include: (1) since the formation of the team in 2018, the sleep stage classification and brainwave music conversion of the data from standard PSG has been implemented, and the APP stand-alone version has been developed. Thus, the current technical capabilities have a preliminary basis. (2) The cooperative enterprise has professional application technology in the field of Internet of Things, and can provide an important pillar in the establishment of mobile APP and brainwave music database. After the establishment of this mode, the user's willingness to brainwave music service can be greatly improved, which is beneficial to the subsequent market development. Besides, process simplification can speed up the delivery of services, and the quality of service is also improved to some extent. In the future, various medical and health care service teams can be introduced to establish a warning and counseling mechanism to regulate the physical and psychology health of users in a variety of ways.
