中文計畫概述本計畫檢視15年來台灣肺癌的流行病學趨勢，著重於近年來因大量低劑量肺癌篩檢與隨之而來快速增加的侵入性肺癌治療費用快速篩檢，對我國標準化晚期肺癌發生率與死亡率是否有影響，分析國人不熟悉的醫療過度診斷與過度治療(overdiagnosis : 定義:因當代醫學檢查精進，發現不會對病人生命與健康造成傷害的無害"異常" 現象）。
