Description

肺癌患者治療期間常因癌因性疲憊嚴重降低生活品質及存活率,粒線體含量和功能以及細胞生物電阻抗相位角能有效預測肌肉質量及細胞功能,低強度耐力運動被認為能有效增強粒線體功能。我們推測,粒線體功能及細胞生物電阻抗相位角能早期預測癌因性疲憊;低強度耐力運動能藉由增強粒線體功能與細胞生物電阻抗相位角改善肺癌患者癌因性疲憊與生活品質,但目前無相關研究報告,我們預計探討肺癌患者治療前後粒線體功能、細胞生物電阻抗相位角、癌因性疲憊及生活品質的變化、相關性、預測效度、直接及間接效應,並探討低強度耐力運動介入對粒線體功能、細胞生物電阻抗相位角、癌因性疲憊和生活品質的直接及間接效應。
