本計畫為探討 MIR210HG及 miR-210在低氧促進腦瘤進程及TMZ 抗藥性機制中角色之轉譯醫學研究。在學術發展上,有助於釐清 MIR210HG及 miR-210之分子機制,及其在腦瘤低氧環境生長及TMZ 抗藥性產生之角色。對於社會及經濟發展上,所驗證之抑制MIR210HG antisense oligonucleotides可應用在未來腦瘤疾病治療及相關藥物發展上,以期待改善腦瘤病人預後並延長其存活期。
