惡性肋膜積水為肺癌晚期表現且預後不佳,本研究發現惡性肋膜積水中MG含量偏高,且可誘發肺癌細胞轉移,而過量表現GLO1則可減少MG並抑制腫瘤轉移。因此開發具GLO1激活功效的藥物,或許可以改善肺癌合併惡性肋膜積水病人的預後。
