本研究可讓我們更瞭解疲勞感影響肌少症的機轉和其臨床重要性,以及體感遊戲將使長照機構肌少症長者疲勞感改善、肌肉質量提升、身體機能增強、及憂鬱和寂寞感減輕。對於肌少症與疲勞感的認識和治療無疑地將開啟另一扇窗,成果將為長照機構肌少症長者制定具體的運動訓練指南,以建立台灣Taskforce Report指南版,提供建議如何將體感遊戲納入長照機構以減輕肌少症長者疲勞感、失能狀態、憂鬱和寂寞感。同時呼應聯合國大會提出永續發展目標中的目標3:促進高齡者健康生活與福祉;更深層地,本研究可提供國際間面臨相似情況之國家作為參考,以促成跨國合作交流的機會,協助國內外建構長者肌少症之精準照護。
