預期能評估總尿液砷與血鉛和鎘濃度是否藉由此氧化壓力標記-尿液8-iso-PGF2α、2,3-dinor-8-iso-PGF2α 和8-OHdG濃度中介而與慢性腎臟病有關。瞭解尿液8-iso-PGF2α、2,3-dinor-8-iso-PGF2α 和8-OHdG濃度、總尿液砷和血鉛與鎘濃度對慢性腎臟病的相關性與交互作用。此研究結果將有助於預防環境汙染物砷、鉛與鎘的暴露和瞭解尿液8-iso-PGF2α、2,3-dinor-8-iso-PGF2α 和8-OHdG濃度與慢性腎臟病發生的關係,來減緩慢性腎臟病的發生與惡化。
