Description
預期能評估global DNA甲基化標記- 5-甲基胞嘧啶與5-甲基-2’-脫氧胞苷與長散在核元件-1甲基化程度、總尿液砷濃度與砷甲基化能力對學齡前兒童發展遲緩的相關性與交互作用。此研究結果有助於預防異常的global DNA甲基化、環境砷暴露與低砷甲基化能力所造成之學齡前兒童發展遲緩發生,並減緩學齡前兒童發展遲緩的惡化。
