基於以上中文摘要之實驗結果，我們假設入腎動脈黃脂可能分泌一些物質會影響入腎動脈的血管收縮/舒張, 或許這些物質經入腎動脈黃脂分泌至血液中，進而影響腎臟功能，而ATF3能夠調控入腎動脈黃脂中某些物質的形成，並且導致這些物影响响腎臟功能。因此我們所發現的新藥st32系列能在誘發入腎動脈黃色脂肪分泌物之後改善肥胖誘發糖尿病腎病變腎臟損傷程度, 未來將直接作為轉譯醫學藥物的candidate drug
