目前臨床上尚缺乏針對化療後之卵巢早衰症與晝夜節律失調有效的治療措施。本計畫將開發新型靶向卵巢顆粒細胞之加載miRNA藥物的「AMHR2 CAR MSC胞泌體(miR24-3p類似物)」,作為因化療所誘發之卵巢早衰與晝夜節律失常之新穎胞泌體醫療策略。本計畫將以前臨床研究,探討標靶卵巢顆粒細胞之AMHR2 CAR MSC (miR24-3p) 胞泌體之有效性 (效價因子與作用機制)、特定靶向性與生物安全性、與生物分佈性。本計畫研究成果不僅爲因化療而卵巢早衰與晝夜節律失常的患者提供有效的精準靶向 CAR MSC胞泌體治療,同時也將建立評估MSC胞泌體於藥物開發中的標準驗證方法。
