我們研究CHRM4在攝護腺腫瘤免疫微環境和NEPC進展中的關鍵功能,了解CHRM4的活化影響攝護腺癌细胞神經內分泌分化和誘導抗發炎細胞因子訊號的分子機制。我們探討CHRM4在攝護腺癌免疫微環境中的抗發炎作用機轉,在患者血液樣本中建立抗發炎細胞因子作為預後標記物,並研究CHRM4小分子抑制劑在NEPC的治療方面的臨床意義及開發新穎合併免疫治療。
