Project Details

Description

Parkinson’s disease is come with motor dysfunction and non-motor dysfunction syndrome. The aim of this project will determine if combination speed-depend exercise and probiotic strategies protect the substantia nigra and the striatum against oxidative stress and motor and nonmotor deficits in PD model induced by 6-OHDA. This project will be divided into three Plan execution year. The first year project will try to study whether speed-dependent exercise is going to improve motor function and antioxidant capacity in 6-OHDA inducing PD rat; The second year project is going to study the effect of combination of speed-dependent exercise and probiotic on non- motor dysfunction syndrome with 6-OHDA inducing PD rat; Third year project will try to understand if the combination speed-depend exercise and probiotic strategies protect the brain function, wu are going to understand the underling mechanism between apposes 、 mitochondria remodeling and gut microbiota.
