肥胖是氣喘的重要表現型之一,但其如何加劇氣道重塑的機制尚不清楚。我們結果顯示肥胖氣喘患者支氣管上皮下層中MARCKS表現顯著升高,且氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)能加劇纖維化蛋白表現並誘導MARCKS表達。,且抑制MARCKS可降低ox-LDL誘導的粒線體膜電位損傷及BCL-2表現,顯示MARCKS可能透過促進minority MOMP及抗凋亡,惡化肥胖氣喘中的氣道纖維化。本計畫旨在探討MARCKS在肥胖氣喘中氣道纖維化的角色,並為肥胖氣喘提供新穎治療方式。
