Description
透過本研究的成效驗證，有望證實虛擬實境在提升長期照顧健康產業人員照護能力並促進高齡者認知功能的實際成效。這不僅將為長期照顧領域提供有效的多元照護措施，同時提升健康產業人員的專業水準，使其更能因應老齡化社會的挑戰。多元照護措施的實施將使高齡者能夠在不同層面上得到更全面、更人性化的照護。同時，這也符合世界衛生組織「2017-2025年全球失智症行動計畫」與台灣衛生福利部「2018-2025失智症防治照護政策綱領暨行動方案2.0」的訴求，強調建立失智專業人才系統性培育。此外，這也契合聯合國大會提出永續發展目標中的目標3:促進高齡者健康生活與福祉。
