Description

肝癌(HCC)是最常見的原發性肝癌,並且是全球癌症死亡的主要原因之一。目前多目標酪氨酸激酶抑製劑(TKI)是晚期肝癌的一線或二線用藥,但效果有限,且TKIs抗藥性仍是目前臨床主要挑戰。利用3D腫瘤類器官 (Organoid)與腫瘤類器官小鼠動物模式,將可模擬晚期腫瘤內部3D低氧與發炎微環境,藉由低氧微環境肝癌細胞外泌體關鍵因子鑑定,同時與臨床檢體進行驗證,將可開發預測晚期肝癌患者對TKI耐藥性的分子標誌,更提供克服TKI耐藥性癌症治療的學理依據。
