Relationship between Environmental and Internal Microbiota Diversity and the Development of Allergic Diseases in Children: a Longitudinal Study in the Greater Taipei Area

本計畫探討兒童體內(鼻腔及腸菌相)及住家環境微生物群的多樣性與兒童過敏性疾病發展的相關性，並評估空氣污染、住家環境特性、兒童飲食習慣、社會人口學特徵的可能干擾或交互作用。本研究結果可以提供父母提昇兒童健康的環境維護及生活型態建議，以及影響兒童過敏性疾病發生的環境污染物、居住環境及生活型態特性，做為政府規劃環境與健康政策、推動健康城巿的參考。
