就目前文獻資料及我們所知,尚未有相關研究磷酸化Dicer如何影響吉西他濱抗藥性及麩醯胺酸代謝依賴。成功執行此計畫,將了解磷酸化Dicer促進胰臟癌麩醯胺酸代謝依賴,利用其麩醯胺酸代謝上的弱點,合併代謝藥物治療可望提升吉西他濱的藥效。此計畫對提升癌症代謝藥物治療領域將有重要的影響,並可發展胰臟癌精準診斷和提升吉西他濱治療的效果。
