惡性膠質瘤治療後產生抵抗性為目前臨床治療之困境。腫瘤幹細胞為整個腫瘤中成分較低但對於傳統化學及放射治療往往會具有抵抗性。為了找出腫瘤幹細胞，我們使用新一代的單一細胞測序，找出在腫瘤邊緣處具有兼職幹細胞特性的腫瘤幹細胞，此外我們發現這群細胞亦高度表達內質網壓力反應引發的治療抵抗性，最後我們使用一種麻黃類藥物來引發內質網壓力進而
