三陰性乳癌是嚴重威脅女性國人生命疾病,且每年增長數目是所有癌別前三名。由於其預後差、致死率高,且具有異質化的特性。因此,雖然已有新式療法核准,仍然需要有不同機轉藥物提供更多治療選擇。本計畫預計發展的化合物,除了具有結構新穎性及可專利性。所針對的標的也具獨特性,可以幫助了解其藥理機轉,有利於三陰性乳癌治療發展,維護女性國人生命、健康。
