目前臨床上尚缺乏針對子宮內膜損傷後的阿休曼症候群有效的治療措施。本計畫將發展一呼應子宮內膜雌激素微環境,以表現雌激素受體之胎盤間質幹細胞分泌體 (ER+pcMSC secretome),提出阿休曼症候群之治療策略。本計畫規劃前臨床研究,聚焦以刮除手術所誘導的子宮內膜纖維化微環境調控、子宮內膜再生及胚胎著床率的療效與作用機制(包括內膜免疫調控、血管內皮細胞修復與血管新生、子宮內膜細胞存活、子宮內膜幹細胞新生、內膜組織纖維化及胚胎著床),並進一步提出ER+pcMSC secretome治療阿休曼症候群的科學依據。
