ecently, great progresses in extraction, isolation and structural elucidation of natural products have been made, which focused on environmental protection, reducing the use of organic solvents and saving the time. Besides, the screening of bioactive components were proceeded rapidly by the aid of enzymatic assay, cell culture, animal model, and even in combination with the hyphenated techniques. The trends of all above approaches were increasing the efficiency and decreasing the cost. In this three-years project, we want to proceed researches of rapid analysis of natural products and set up a platform of cell-based rapid screening of bioactive compounds. In the former two years, the optimized techniques of Leafspray Mass will be established, and which will be used to investigate the effects of endophytes on the plant metabolites. In the meantime, the data of LC-HRMS and MASS image will be used as supporting information and for comparison. In the third year, rapid screening of bioactive components will be accomplished by using all the above established techniques.
