大腸直腸癌(CRC)為癒後不良且死亡率高之癌症,我們開發新的E型肝炎病毒奈米顆粒HEVnp奈米遞送系統,並結合其他標的藥物如NDAT(iHEVnp)或進一步結合CD163結合肽(CD-iHEVnp)來增強靶向癌細胞,以抑制整合素αvβ3的過度表現。另外為增強治療功效,在原有包埋整合素αvβ3的siRNA 之iHEVnp再包埋能抑制下游訊息FAK的siRNA來協助治療CRC患者,開發更可靠且有效的治療藥物。若此試驗成功後,將是市場上第一個針對整合素過度表現相關疾病的奈米藥品。此外,本產品的NDAT具有抑制PD-L1表現的特性可進一步提升癌症患者的免疫治療功效。
