Layman's description
半月板缺損治療面臨挑戰，如自然癒合難、缺標準方法，雖用PRP治療，但存在問題，如PRP分解快、效果差，需改進。本研究旨在開發ALG-TYR/TYRase/CaO2水凝膠作為PRP載體，提高PRP的生體可利用性，並在體外和體內實驗中驗證其效果。該方法有望改善半月板修復，對軟骨修復、組織再生等領域具有應用價值。
