原發性腦癌中最常見且預後最差的是多型性神經膠質母細胞癌(GBM)。希冀未來分析探討MSI1與miR-671-5p表現量與GBM放射線抗性、細胞移動能力、癌幹細胞特性與發炎反應的關係,利用實驗結果所建立基因資料庫合併Watson for Genomics可讓分子病理學實驗室擴充其精準腫瘤計劃,滿足現有與不斷增長的個人化癌症照顧,篩選需要放射治療合併免疫治療增強放射敏感的病患,達成減少健保支出及降低社會成本,使病患及家屬能重返職場促進經濟發展。
