胰臟管腺癌即將成為所有癌症中致死率最高的癌症。傳統化學治療僅有有限的效益,迫切需要發展新式並有效的療法。本團隊發現低劑量節拍式化學療法可以避免傳統化學療法造成的免疫抑制性微環境,從而增進免疫檢查點阻斷療法在胰臟癌的治療效果。此研究將開啟胰臟癌治療的新途徑,可立即與臨床試驗接軌,具高度學術與應用價值。
