Mechanism of Paclitaxel Involved in the Regulation of Platelet Activation, Apoptosis and Autophagy: in Vivo and in Vitro Study

本計畫預期可了解太平洋紫杉樹皮之紫杉醇在血小板活化、凋亡及細胞自我吞噬之抑制作用，並提供數個臨床前動物血栓試驗；同時，紫杉醇也提供了另一個臨床上預防心血管疾病或中風之治療方法，期許合併目前臨床用藥能提高預防效果，進而大大降低病患中風再發生率、提高其生活品質並且減少醫療資源的浪費。
