Investigation into the Effects of Metal Fine Particulate Matter on Yap/Taz-Regulated Cellular Senescence in Alveolar Epithelial Type II Cells of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

本計畫的新穎與重要之處在於，細懸浮微粒是慢性阻塞性肺病的危險因子，但是導致肺氣腫的病生理機轉仍不清楚。本計畫探討細懸浮微粒對於第二型肺泡上皮細胞老化的機轉，研究結果用以解釋空氣污染造成肺氣腫。希望藉由本研究找出空氣污染導致慢性阻塞性肺病的表現型，進而提出醫學上預防策略與臨床治療策略。
