腎細胞癌的高度抗藥性與伴隨形成的腫瘤免疫抑制微環境,一直是臨床醫療上的重大挑戰,現今對於臨床上抗藥性與腫瘤免疫反應間的相關性仍不了解,本研究首次闡明L1CAM/RET的訊息路徑對於誘發腎細胞癌抗藥性與形成腫瘤免疫抑制性微環境的分子機制,同時發展以血液中細胞激素表現圖譜以及可溶性L1CAM(sL1CAM)做為抗藥性患者治療效果的診斷標記物,而牛樟芝分離出的Antroquinonol,具有反轉L1CAM/RET趨化的抗藥性與腫瘤免疫抑制作用,此轉譯型研究可提供臨床上對於抗藥性腎細胞癌一個創新的治療與診斷之標的,同時發展Antroquinonol做為改善抗藥性RCC患者治療效果的新型輔助治療策略。
