三陰性乳癌(triple-negative breast cancer, TNBC)至今仍無有效的標靶藥物,鑑定更具專一性的標靶藥物對於精確治療TNBC是需要地。癌症形成通常是基因的缺陷或過度表現,進而改變蛋白質交互作用(protein-protein interaction, PPI)的網絡,鑑定癌症特異性的PPI是有助於研發更具專一性的抗癌藥物。我們的初步結果顯示,破壞熱休克蛋白27(HSP27)的PPI網絡,可以選擇性地毒殺TNBC細胞。本計畫藉由高通量虛擬篩選平台鑑定專一性的HSP27 PPI阻斷劑,對於TNBC的精準醫療,除了具有突破性的進展,也可以提升TNBC病人的治癒率。
