脂質過度攝取與化療後存活的癌細胞都可能與癌細胞轉移及抗藥性有關,因此,本研究深入探討脂肪酸及化療所引起的氧化壓力產生的機制為何,以及是否與致癌表皮生長因子受體連接的癌轉移及抗藥性有關,並以PD-L1與PTX3作為癌轉移的診斷標誌,認為結合免疫檢查點抑制劑、抗氧化劑及代謝抑制劑能增進頭頸部鱗狀細胞癌治療效益。
