藉由執行此研究計畫我們將對SCAP/SREBPs信號軸在脂蛋白(a)及巨噬細胞極化參與影響冠狀動脈痙攣過程中的角色有更深入的了解並提供未來發展標靶SCAP/SREBPs信號軸可以作為一個潛在的抑制冠狀動脈痙攣策略。我們希望能發展出以SCAP/SREBPs信號軸為標的在冠狀動脈痙攣之新藥研究。
