本計畫目的為建立與體內生理環境相似的微流道肺部器官晶片系統並整合電腦模型藥物開發方法以協助次世代siRNA吸入劑藥物的開發。預期研究結果將有助於siRNA吸入劑型的設計與開發,並藉由電腦模型模擬方法精準預測藥物療效,成功將肺癌核酸療法從實驗室研發轉譯至臨床應用。
