2-3歲幼兒注意力缺失衝擊後續認知學習能力,然生命早期研究極為不足,本研究著重可改變因子與生物標記探討,對早期偵測介入尤關鍵。擬利用臺灣孕產期健康追蹤資料庫,多次收集頭髮皮質醇、心率變異(可攜式儀器檢測)、問卷等重要健康數據,能深入探討親子重要神經生物標記之皮質醇與心率變異如何與壓力連動並影響孩童注意力缺失症,亦進一步分析早期生物與行為環境(即螢幕與綠地時間)對注意力缺失風險預測能力,透過納入長期資料庫與本計劃新收集之關鍵多元資料整合建置幼童注意力缺失風險預測模型,可預測估算參數修正後風險之改變,不但補強幼兒實證數據嚴重不足,更能為高風險幼兒及家長提供個人化介入建議,提供精準健康早期療育指引。
