電漿活化水(plasmon-activated water; PAW)性質有別於一般認知以強氫鍵作用之團聚去離子水。此外PAW的蒸汽亦具有活性。本計畫擬以電化學為基礎製備奈米貴金屬與其複合物，研究太陽能製備PAW水與PAW水之蒸餾水(PAW-V)的開發與創新應用，建立相關PAW的特性與其活性對增進化學反應與物理程序的關聯性，並創新應用於太陽能物理化學反應與生物化學等領域。
