iHELP為一透過HHR架構蒐集、整合並管理來自各種管道的健康相關資料之個人化醫療照護平台，其目標在於將基於AI的學習暨決策支援技術應用在資料庫中有高風險罹癌的個體。北醫於此國合計畫之研究目標為探討數位醫療對於降低高風險罹癌病患之效果、提升病患對於降低罹癌風險的意識並改善其生活品質。
