本計畫研究PKLR在前列腺腫瘤代謝途徑和神經內分泌分化的關鍵功能,了解PKLR基因的活化影響前列腺癌細胞屬性可塑性和粒線體失調的分子機制。本研究探討PKLR在前列腺癌雄激素剝奪療法後,影響粒線體功能和神經內分泌分化的致癌作用機制。PKLR活化可能會刺激CHRM4-AKT-MYCN訊號通路,通過標靶PKLR和CHRM4可以提供對前列腺癌轉移復發患者有效的預測及新穎治療策略。
