本研究之目的在鑑定黃韌帶纖維化的信號網路,確認SPARC/TGF-β1/Smad3參與發炎刺激所造成黃韌帶纖維化,並且使用fisetin來發展多靶點療法手段治療黃韌帶纖維化。由於黃韌帶纖維化肥厚導致腰椎神經管狹窄之治療侷限於口服消炎藥治療,復健治療,及手術治療,根據文獻報告,藥物治療的效果不佳,往往手術才能有效的治療神經管狹窄造成跛行。本研究利用建立黃韌帶纖維化的動物模型,確認纖維化信號網路,利用多靶點療法局部注射治療黃韌帶纖維化,希望能創造一個創新的治療方向。
