Local chronicles are currently widely used in historical research. Because it has a lot of financial information, it is an important reference for the research of local financial history. However, the presentation of the materials, the meaning behind them, the intention of writing them, and the local financial memories created are rarely discussed. Analyze the actual situation reflected in the records through the other party’s Zhitian Tianfu. Thinking about the impact of tax reform on local fiscal operations, observe how the local society chooses the form of financial records that suits its own interests and forms the historical memory in today's local chronicles.
