我們都知道植入性抗體於製程方面是需要消耗大量金費與精力且具有汙染風險的,綿天膜 (MTAM)為載體之細胞植入培養裝置是安全且無汙染風險的裝置,他不僅可以非常穩定的培養細胞於體內實驗,也能持續地通過其表面均勻的奈米孔洞釋放抗體,輕巧且強韌的MTAM不管是植入或是取出都相當便利,4um厚的外壁阻隔了細胞與受體的免疫細胞直接接觸,不僅大大提升了體外植入細胞的存活性也大幅降低功能性細胞外露的腫瘤化與血栓風險提升受體存活率。這無非是大大改善了功能性細胞治療方法,也能夠帶動學術上細胞治療之發展解決細胞體內培養之問題。
