全球乾眼症人口急遽增加，且有年輕化趨勢！而現行人工淚液緩解乾眼症有限，而臨床乾眼症用藥有引發其他併發症疑慮。而血液製劑為臨床上已在使用之生物製劑。本計畫發展具有抗發炎及高滯留性之血小板胞外囊泡應用於乾眼症治療，可大幅提升眼表滯留性與改善乾眼症病灶。期望提供一長效、安全和有效的乾眼症治療方式。開發此新劑型乾眼症眼藥水除可嘉惠患者，亦可擴展眼藥水市場與商用價值！
