本計畫欲開發兩種分析方法分別獲得食品以及人體檢體中奈米塑膠微粒重量濃度、數目濃度、塑膠種類以及粒徑資訊,所開發的方法擬應用於各種食品中奈米塑膠的含量調查並進行暴露評估,以及開發減少塑膠微粒暴露的前處理及烹飪方式,本計畫之執行預期可以增加人類對於奈米塑膠於食物中汙染情形的了解,可降低國人暴露奈米塑膠微粒,並可用於檢視塑膠微粒風險管理的成果。
