《Essence of Decision: Explaining the Cuban Missile Crisis》Translation and Annotation Project

To understand the history of Cuban missile crisis and the essence of “decision-making process of foreign policy” is a major issue in Taiwan’s international relations research and teaching. This project plan to translate and annotate a famous book published by Addison-Wesley Educational Publisher entitled “Essence of Decision: Explaining the Cuban Missile Crisis” with a one-year framework. The implementation of this project will be able to provide primary but comprehensive contents of international politics by giving readers a good grounding in traditional realist theory, conflict issues, rational actor model, organizational behavior model, governmental politics model as well as the game theory influence toward the foreign policy and international politics in 21st century.
