本研究計畫的目的是探討COVID-19文獻指出具備肺部保護作用之營養補充劑對於長期攝取酒精大白鼠肺部損傷的改善作用及與肝臟損傷之相關性,並進一步由病原性相關分子模式誘導發炎途徑(腸-肝-腦軸)、損傷性相關分子誘導發炎途徑(肝-肺軸)及氧化壓力誘導發炎途徑(肝-肺軸),探討其作用機轉。預計本三年期研究成果共可發表3~6篇國際期刊文章,極具獨創性及學術研究價值。另一方面,本研究成果也可以作為日後酒精性肝臟疾病、肺部感染疾病之臨床治療以及營養介入的參考,對於國人營養教育及保健食品補充方面具實質之應用價值。
